What happens after I place my order?
You will be sent a confirmation email which includes details of your order as well as a follow-up email to let you know when it is ready for shipment or pick up.
You will also be able to track your parcel through this email.
 
What happens if I don't receive my order confirmation?
If you have placed an order but have not yet received an order confirmation and invoice email, please check your junk mail or spam folder in your email software. It could be possible that your order was not processed correctly, your email wasn't put through correctly or that payment has not gone through yet. You can check your account information on the Face Angel website or contact us for more.
 
Can I cancel my order after I've submitted it?
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
 
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
If you don't know or have forgotten your password, head to the login link and click the 'Forgotten Password' link. Enter your email address and we'll send you another.
 
How do I enter a Promo code?
Once you have added all items to your cart, and you are ready for payment, click the checkout button on the right panel and it will take you to payment method, where you can place your promo code in the 'discount' section.

Can I send to multiple addresses?
No, we are not able to split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.
    
My order has not arrived. How do I track my delivery?
You are able to track your delivery - Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.

I received my online order but I have changed my mind. Can I return my item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or price comparisons.

Using Your Face Angel

How many times can I use my Face Angel?
You can use your Face Angel up to 200 times which means over 7 months if you use it daily. Since you get 3 in a pack that's a little under 2 years worth of usage, given they're used properly.
How do I use my Face Angel
Soak your Face Angel in water and squeeze out the excess so that it's damp. Then all you need to do is wipe the skin just as you would with a makeup wipe. Easy!
How do I wash my Face Angel?
We recommend washing it with warm water and a splash of soap whenever you deem necessary and pop it in the wash every 2 months to keep fresh.
Do I use cleanser/liquid makeup remover with my Face Angel?
You do not need to use any other product with your Face Angel, as it will remove all makeup and cleanse, however, some customers like to use a cleanser as well for a deeper clean and/or an oil-based makeup remover for hard to move eye makeup.
How do I take care of my Face Angel?
To make sure you can use your Face Angel as many times possible, we recommend keeping it stored in a dry, cool area. Because the Face Angel works when damp, bacteria can harbour there so we recommend washing before or after use so that the bacteria does not come in contact with the skin. Washing your Face Angel in the washing machine every so often helps give it a proper clean and letting it air dry will help maintain its shape.
